Previous REFA Festivals

The REFA Festival is the multi-day annual event with about 400 students, academics, speakers, activists, policy-makers and members of the public. It is usually held in September of every year, with all editions being in-person except 2020 and 2021.


It's purpose is to showcase alternatives in economic thought, policy proposals and grassroots activisms.

It has lectures, debates, workshops, interactive displays, artwork and performances - hence a "Festival".
